How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom team suits or screen-printed apparel may require an additional 7-10 business days for production before shipping.
What is your return policy for swimwear?
We accept returns on unworn swimwear with original tags and hygienic liners intact within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-printed team gear is final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer bulk discounts for lifeguard agencies or swim teams?
Yes, we provide competitive volume pricing for municipal pools, waterparks, and competitive swim teams. Please contact our sales department for a formal quote on bulk equipment or uniforms.
How do I know which size to order?
We provide detailed sizing charts from all major brands like Speedo, TYR, and Arena on each product page. Since competitive swimwear is designed to fit snugly, we recommend measuring your chest and torso for the most accurate fit.
Can I track my equipment delivery?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of large rescue equipment like spineboards, rescue tubes, or lifeguard chairs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For government agencies and schools, we also accept official Purchase Orders (POs) subject to credit approval.
